We offer a selection of no contract bespoke Fitness Training Packages.


Each Package comes with full demonstrations, easy to follow visual guides, coaching points and top tips for success.  No package is complete without warm up and stretch off information to match your exercises.


You will have access to The Body Taylors PT Hub, where you can log all your results, making it easy to track your progress.


We recommend  Myzone Heart Rate Monitors to allow us access to all your workout results and can adapt it to ensure you reach your goals.

Luke Wilson
Having served in HM Forces for 11 years, Luke’s passion for fitness continued both in and out of the Marines. Fully qualified as a PT and with a 1st class degree in Physical Education. His specialist area is education and leading people of all levels of fitness and all ages to be self-sufficient with their fitness and to achieve their goals. If we educate you, you can achieve.
Jen Doherty
Fully qualified PT, specialising in Pre and Post Natal and working with women of all fitness levels. Jen also runs our Junior Bootcamps, starting children early and teaching them the importance of health and fitness.
